For anyone stressing about 2013 prebooking. It's EASY PEASY. I have made sure to make it that way. ;) There are PLENTY of dates to go around. Plenty! ;)

1.) Email me with a list of what you need to book. (Months needed & session lengths)
2.) I send back dates & send an invoice directly to your email from PayPal for deposits. 
3.) You pay the Invoice by clicking the "Pay Now" button and using ANY credit card. 
4.) Waaalah! You're done!

2013 PRICING & DEPOSITS

Okay guys! Here's the information, pricing, and deposit policy for 2013. This will all become effective for any sessions booked Jan 1, 2013 and on. I will start booking for 2013 in October. :)

PRICING CHANGES:

I haven't changed my prices for 3 years now, and the time has come. I wanted to make MINOR changes to prices to keep them low. I want to continue to offer the disc INCLUDED in your sessions. I know everyone loves that and so do I. I love giving you guys high end props, backdrops, items, equipment and more for affordable rates. I love that you guys can afford coming often to capture your families and kids. It means so much to me! I also LOVE including the disc, the rights, the photo finishes, etc. I love that my sessions aren't multiple hundreds of dollars. I also love offering all different session lengths to fit any budget, any personality and any need. So instead of raising my actual session length fees, your depsoits are your price increase. So to book a session, just email me, book your session, pay your deposit and you're ready! DEPOSITS DO NOT APPLY TO YOUR SESSION FEES. Deposits are considered both a price increase and a deposit. I am killing two birds with one stone this way. :) 

Session Fees:

$125 for an hour session

$75 for a half hour session

$50 for a mini session

These includes your session, photo finishes, photo disc, full printing rights and postage if you're a mailer! :) 

DEPOSITS: 

Deposits will be required for any session to be booked on the calendar. I have held off, and held off on this. But I truly need to do this to protect myself. At one point last year, I had a huge problem with no-shows. I took a poll about raising prices and taking deposits and I never did it. I held off on it. I wanted deposits to be low and reasonable. The deposits are 100% non-refundable. They can only be transferred to other sessions three times. After three transfers, you'll then be required to pay a new deposit. (If the shoot is cancelled or moved on MY behalf, this does not apply!) EX: If YOU cancel or reschedule three times, you must pay a new deposit. EX2: If I cancel or reschedule, it does NOT count against you. 

***These are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. These MUST be paid via PayPal. You do not have to have an account to use PayPal. ANYONE can use it. It is COMPLETELY secure and safe. DEPOSIT FEES DO NOT APPLY TO YOUR SESSION FEE! 

Deposit Fees:

One hour session deposits are $20

EX: If you're booking a one hour session. You will pay $20 to book it for your deposit. And you will pay $125 the day of your session.

I was referred to Whitney by a dear friend. I remember being incredibly impressed by the quality and realness of the shots Whitney took of my friend's children. I met Whitney about a year and a half ago, she did my son Parkers 2 year pictures along with Matenity Pics for my daughter Caroline. My daughter Caroline had a very rare congenital heart defect and she did not survive. I dont have much to remember her by except the beautiful pictures she took of me while I was pregnant with her. Pre-Book Info for 2012

Hey peeps! I will be starting on all the emails Tuesday for the almost 90 people waiting to prebook for 2012. I am STOKED! I can't tell you guys how much you mean to me and how very thankful I am to have you all! I'm so excited to get this new year started! PLEASE read all this below in you're booking a 2012 session. This is MUCH needed information. Those of you who are current clients, most is old news, but please read it because there are a new few pieces on info in there. Hope you all have a fantastic week! Please read the following..... - PLEASE do not make an appointment unless you intend on keeping it. I would love to continue to offer the option to prebook 6 months in advance and I'm not inforcing "RETAINERS" unless I end up having to do so. Retainers will be required at any point if people begin to cancel appointments last minute or if they stand me up, and don't come to the appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and I have no heard from you, your session length will have to be cut down. Since people are scheduled back to back, I don't have much wiggle room with late arrivers. - NEW TO 2012. NO MORE THAN THREE ADULTS TOTAL IN THE STUDIO. That is including me. So please bring NO more than one other person with you. Most of you guys come alone, but sadly I have a small shooting area to work with. It's tough to move around and keep the lighting even with flashes. So please, no more than two adults, and myself at sessions. **Three people, including photographer.** - Please note that Saturday and evening appointments are SUPER limited since my hours changed. I plan to take more time with family this year and hopefully try for a little one myself. YEE! :D Also, location sessions are sadly far, and few. Since I shoot SO much here on our HUGE outdoor property and shoot in studio, it's difficult to get away for one. So please be a teeny tiny bit flexible with me on location shoots. My phone number will not be available for clients again this year. Last year was my first, full year with booking strictly via email. I appreciate being able to go back to reference things in writing if needed and with such a packed schedule, it makes things much simpler. - Prices are the same. 1 hr session, $125. 30 min session, $75, 15 min mini session, $50. Newborn sessions, $250. Price INCLUDES an image disc and printing rights. All payments are due AT the session. No refunds. 3 week turnaround. Check or cash only. ON MINI SESSION EVENINGS, CASH ONLY! NO CHECKS. Session fees are based on time & talent. Not the number of images or the qaulity of the images. Number of images depend on shot set up, cooperation and set backs. I do not promise a certain amount of images due to cases where less shots taken due to set backs or cooperation. If you stand me up for an appointment, and do not show up. You will have to pay 100%, upfront for ANY furture sessions. In order to book on the calendar, payment is due. Outdoor sessions - I am super particular on what kind of lighting I shoot in. So please be open to studio depending on weather. Travel fees start at $50 for location shoots. Newborn sessions are shot in the first 14 days of life. They're $250 and include a 2 hr session, usage of props, hats, headpieces and more. NO DRINKS IN THE STUDIO UNLESS THEY HAVE A SCREW ON CAP! I hope everyone takes 4 minutes out of their schedule to check out this gorgeous family. Holly, Michael & Reese. Michael is currently serving the country and he has JUST had the opportunity to meet his 4 month old baby girl. He's staying for just a couple of weeks, then flying back overseas for another 7 months. Holly scheduled a 2 hour family session while he's home and we captured the sweetest, most emotional shots ever.

Oh sweet baby! Miss. Sophie!

This little angel is a true trooper. Her Mommy has been in touch with me since she was mid-pregnancy for both "Baby Bump" & "Newborn" sessions. Right before Christmas I got a phone call from this sweet Mommy saying she needed to cancel her baby bump session that little Sophie was going to be making her entrance early! On December the 20th this doll baby made her entrance! Here she is making her big debut as a precious model for Newborn Portraits!

Meet sweet Baby S!

This sweet girl was one of the best sleepers I have ever had! She was an angel! She let us lay her on anything, in anything, lay her any way...she was just comfy and sound! She's not only a great sleeper, but she's gorgeous! Here are my two favorite shots!

This little sweet pea came in when she was only 7 days old, then again when she was 13 days old. She was such a little trooper! She dealt with all of the posing and molding and wore a ton precious little head pieces! She is such a beautiful baby girl!

Back in Time....to the 40's!

This was one awesome shoot!

Ms. J and I have been planning this for a while now. I truly enjoyed this because being so busy, I rarely get to go out and do journalistic type sessions. These take so much time, money, thought and work to get right. But when they're done right....like this, the work is TOTALLY worth it! These are images and memories that J will have forever with her little man!

We had the awesome Mr. Jerrold that was so kindly gracious enough to loan his car for these shots. He was early to the location, shining her up when we arrived and I'm not sure I've saw such a gorgeous antique car....ever. It was beautiful!

This shoot took two hours. Two hours of which this, barely 3 year old, never made a complaint. He did any and everything and had a blast! It was all so perfect! I put up 17 or so images in her "Sneak Peek" alone. It was successful to say the least!
