I was referred to Whitney by a dear friend. I remember being incredibly impressed by the quality and realness of the shots Whitney took of my friend's children. I immediately knew that I wanted to have Whitney photograph my son, Andrew. We had tried numerous photography franchises over the years and had maybe a handful of decent shots. I was so lucky to have found Whitney through an old friend’s pictures on Facebook. My daughter is not easy to photograph, she hates sitting still and hates smiling for the camera even more. I found Whitney not long after our daughter was born. My husband was in the military at the time and we did not know anyone. It was literally like picking a needle out of a haystack. Whitney started photographing our daughter when she was a newborn. She photographed her almost monthly during her first year. She has captured some of the most amazing and beautiful pictures of her! I met Whitney about a year and a half ago, she did my son Parkers 2 year pictures along with Matenity Pics for my daughter Caroline. My daughter Caroline had a very rare congenital heart defect and she did not survive. I dont have much to remember her by except the beautiful pictures she took of me while I was pregnant with her. I have them hanging in my house and Whitney truly captured the love that I had (and still have) for her. She probably doesnt know how special they are to me. Since then. she has take Parkers 3 year pictures along with Maternity, Newborn, and 6 week pics for my blessing Nicholas. I cant really put into words how great of photographer she is, honestly the pictures speak for themselves. She takes such pride in her work and loves what she does, which shines through into each picture. She is very patient and sympathetic, which are two very important traits to have when photographing young children. She brings out the sparkle that each child has and I love how Parker cant wait to go to the "picture lady who has buzz lightyear in her camera".
